Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered on a subscription basis. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries of the selected product at the frequency shown at checkout, such as monthly. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first subscription delivery, without giving any reason. If you cancel within this 14-day period, we will refund all payments received for that delivery using the original payment method, and refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation. You may be required to return the product, and if so, return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancelling an Ongoing Subscription

After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals. Any order that has already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, you must cancel before the next scheduled billing date.

How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation email, logging into your customer account on our website, or contacting us using the details on our Contact page. Cancellation takes effect once confirmed.

Refunds & Returns

Returned subscription items are subject to our Returns Policy, which explains return conditions, return timeframes, and any applicable exclusions such as hygiene-sealed or consumable products.

Price Changes & Subscription Updates

If the price of your subscription changes, or if there are material changes to the subscription terms, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the change takes effect.
