Welcome to Green Edge 360. By accessing or using our website greenedge360.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Access & Security
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or to block/remove accounts found to be in violation of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password and login credentials.
2. Products, Descriptions & Prices
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, availability, or prices are error-free.
Product colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
We may modify product information, descriptions, availability, or prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Placing Orders
To place an order, you must be 18 years or older. Orders must be placed via our website by selecting products, choosing shipping and optional services, and clicking the “CONFIRM” button.
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Receipt email acknowledging receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.
Once your order has been accepted and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, at which point the purchase contract is formed.
The contract consists of: your order, our Order Receipt and Shipping Confirmation emails, and these Terms & Conditions.
4. When Orders Are Not Accepted
We may refuse an order in the following cases:
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information is provided;
Errors in product pricing or description;
Products are out of stock or no longer available.
Suspected intent to resell products.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you by email within 30 days, and any payments made will be refunded.
5. International Sales
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or duties imposed by their local authorities for international shipments.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return products within 14 days from dispatch for a refund or exchange.
Contact our Customer Service team at support@greenedge360.com with your order number to arrange returns.
Products must be returned in original, unused condition unless faulty or defective.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 6 working days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important: Trackable shipping is recommended. Green Edge 360 is not responsible for lost returns.
7. Risk of Loss
All items are shipped under a shipment contract with carriers. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
If you do not receive your order within 20 working days, please contact us within 45 days of ordering. Claims outside this window cannot be processed.
8. Chargebacks
You agree to contact Green Edge 360 before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account blacklisting or legal action.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you provide third-party personal data, you must ensure all necessary consents and notices are in place.
You agree to indemnify Green Edge 360 against any liability arising from non-compliance.
10. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranty regarding suitability, accuracy, compatibility, security, or results of using the website.
The website content does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon for decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Edge 360 accepts no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the website or products.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Green Edge 360.
12. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
13. Previous Terms
In the event of conflict with prior versions, the current Terms & Conditions prevail, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
14. Notices
Notices must be sent by email to support@greenedge360.com
. Notices are deemed received on the day of sending if sent on a business day, or the next business day if sent on weekends/public holidays.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
