Delivery and Returns
At Green Edge 360, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following information carefully.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Region Standard Delivery Time
United Kingdom 2–3 working days
European Union 5–7 business days
Rest of the World (ROW) 7–9 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, local postal services, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
3. International Orders & Customs
For orders outside the UK: Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, and Green Edge 360 is not liable for any customs-related delays or charges.
Please check with your local customs office for information about applicable fees before placing an order.
4. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is not received within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@greenedge360.com within 45 days of placing your order.
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for tracking, replacement, or reimbursement.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, Green Edge 360 will investigate and resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@greenedge360.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different product or scent may be possible, subject to stock availability. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Where’s my order and how do I track it?
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you can’t find it, check spam/promotions.
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch
- If it’s stuck for 48 hours, message us with your order number
Can I change my order after placing it?
If it hasn’t been picked/packed yet, we can usually help. Reply to your order confirmation ASAP with what needs changing.
My order is missing an item — what do I do?
Send your order number plus a photo of what arrived. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the missing item.

How do I start a return?
Use the “Start Return” button above. Have your order number and postcode ready.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Banks can take a few business days to show it.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause, cancel.
How do I cancel or pause?
Use “Manage subscription” above. You can pause, skip, or cancel from the portal.
When will I be billed?
Your billing date is shown in the subscription portal and in your confirmation email.

Follow the instructions on the packaging. If you tell us cold wash / sensitive skin / heavy stains, we’ll recommend the best method.
